浓缩系统（蒸发器）

Concentrate system(evaporator)

应用范围：果蔬汁、果酱的蒸发；

Application range: fruit and vegetable juice, jam evaporation;

 

基本工艺：缓存罐→预热器→蒸发器（降膜、强制循环）→缓存罐

Basic progress: Buffer tank ->pre-heating- > evaporator (falling film, forced circulation) - > buffer tank

主要设备：预热器、蒸发器、冷凝器、糖度仪、真空系统、温度控制、液位控制、阀门管件、自动电气控制系统；

Main equipment: pre-heater, evaporator, condenser, sugar meter, vacuum system, temperature control, liquid level control, valve fittings, automatic electrical control system;
